Doug was outstanding, and I appreciate his persistence, calm demeanor (because Lord knows, I was absolutely frazzled), and his superb knowledge in knowing what to do. I had a Trojan horse that was quite sticky - one of those that operated like it was an Antivirus software, listing all the viruses I supposedly have. It took me at least 3 days, the first technician about a day and Doug 1-1/2 days. Thank you, Doug! I am very happy at the service I received!

01/22/2009 - I have saved hundreds and hundred of dollars
I have worked with support personnel for over 30 years and consider Andrea the best yet. She is courteous, bright, fast, patient and a great problem solver. She even likes what she does and that emanates though her work and her attitude. Thanks to Andrea, and others on the INVISUS Tech Support Team, my computer runs fast, stays lean and serves me well. I know I have saved hundreds and hundreds of dollars by not having to haul it into tech shops and pay up to $125 per hour.
